Download the .zip
In Aseprite, go to Edit > Preferences > Extensions and click the Add
Extension button
Select the .zip file
Switch to the Theme tab in the Preferences window
Select the new theme!

I dont get why this doesnt have more comments, is the only dark them that looks alright in high resolution displays, and you also keep a bit of the pixelated look! Thank you so much for this, works wonders
